I had a likewise behaviour noticed in Battleaxe - but the issue is not only in Battleaxe:
Changed objectives are not saved automatically. Perhaps you reload the auto-savegame without the changed winning conditions?

Tech support section is for another kind of issues not related with game bugs. If the game is not running, freezing, not installing, serials or multiplayer, for example, we use that section.
For bugs we have been using Open beta, although I think we should have another section for that.
Anyway I've merged with the other thread that we already had about Battleaxe.

Same problem with Battleaxe here.
I'm holding all objectives and destroyed every single allied unit, yet i get a msg, "axis surrendered". After reading here, I removed fog of war even via cheat code to make sure
Edit: replay scenario didn't work either. I'm stuck in there. I addeded the savegame end turn 13: all objectives hold, all allied units dead. From there on nothing happens, untill after turn 17 i get the msg that axis surrendered.

Yes, it's a bug. City of Sidi Azeiz is not marked as victory hex... like in my case, you're missing that message when it say to hold on Sidi Azeiz at all cost... Try again,. at the 5th round (or 6th) there's an objective change...

Finally made it.
I went back to a savegame after round 3 of the same game attached as zip 2 posts above.
I noticed , that i did get the 2 changes of objectives, but autosave didn't save them correctly.
Using manual saves the next few turns did it for me.

After following this thread and trying to do anything to get through the scenario im still stuck, i cannot get a victory as Axis despite killing all and holding all towns at all time.
Any news from the tech front here on a way to solve the problem

Probably this problem is already solved, only it will be incorporate in a patch that hopefully will be release soon.
Meanwhile, you can just use "endscn 0" cheat code in order to proceed to the next scenario.

Hi All,
Ran into the battleaxe Axis surrender glitch in February 2015 - and the last thing I wanted to find was a lot f old posts indicating the glitch was known and reported and confirmed by multiple uses -- but it clearly was not patched and nothing was done about it. From a game design programming standpoint this was an easy fix. So I can't understand why it is two years after the release and its still not fixed. (The game is still for sale and old wargamers like to play old wargames - which means we also want to not have to play through this and encounter this.)
For a player to encounter a glitch that is a straight dumpout from a game we've invested time in (and PAID for) is frustrating. And to find out it was known and not fixed... very disappointing. I play a lot of war games and I respect the capability of the Slitherine programmers. But this is lame. No other word for it.

I looked at the scenario. And the savegame.
My Battleaxe.pzscn in the subfolder "data" is from Sept 28th 2012.
In turn 6 the city of Sidi Azeiz is changed to a secondary victory hex. But I did not saw this in the savegame. Here is the city a normal hex.
Perhaps an earlier version of PanzerCorps could not manage this action.
If you did not see a message about Sidi Azeiz at the begin of turn 6 and (thats the main reason) the city is not a victory hex after that, you will never achieve a victory.
I played with my installed version until turn six and is was as it should be.
