The problem is it is not a PC and the operating system may be set up in a way that prevents us doing what we need to do, but we have no way to work out why. The fact other games work maybe pure luck. They may not use java. That makes it impossible for us to give proper technical support. We have no idea what might be wrong or how to fix it
