Why don't you have a copy of the game installer, mods and whatever you do in cd, dvd, in a USB pen or even in another zone of your HD?

You're replacing files with others without backup of the original, is just a little suicidal.
It's a gold rule, never replace without having a backup, specially someone like you who have some Internet traffic limitations.

And learn to use GME with the mods.

This is super weird

Well..at least you got your stuff fixed..and now make another folder on C and make a copypaste backup of your PzC Installation folder...
cause its always the same... you dont have problems until you have problems but once you got probelms its to late,ya know?
