Dobre rano :)
I think your idea of a Slovak Campaign is very interesting. I am looking forward to your progress in this project. Also on my behalf i would like to thank Bebro and Vpaulus for their efforts in the realisation of a modder's dream. I'm sure if you need assistance, lots of people here will be willing to lend a hand.

This will be quite the map with the rugged terrain. I have been few times to this region, really lovely.

I saw another camouflage possibility in that ArmA video.
I'm glad that the colours I chose, for with and without camouflage, are the correct ones.

bebro, the RGB value for the base green is in Photoshop 85,85,47. At least you might get an image gradient from those values.
Thx :) Great work on those trains.

I'll see to get the recon done this weekend.

I added a second type of camouflage.
What do you think, Augustin?

They are great !!! :D

I just want to let you know that first batch of Slovak tanks were in the standard Czech 3-color camo pattern. The rest of the tanks were painted in overall green, the Slovak vehicle color.

Just a small error. It's an exception among Slovak armored units. It's my fault, I should have tell you. Slovak Marder III tank destroyers were overall yellow (Dunkelgelb), with German crosses visibly overpainted on sides of superstructure. Something that look like this :

But it doesn't matter I'll keep your icons as they are. :D

Do you think you would be able to complete the Infantry list ? I need more Infantry units before I start testing a scenario.

Thanks. So no need for the other green patern?

That's a Marder III M. I've read that Slovakia only received 18 Marder III tanks, but version H. That might be a false Slovak Marder III H.
I tried to find a photo yesterday of a real Slovak Marder, because I was wondering where to put the cross, but couldn't found one.

Yes I agree, it's not much important.
AugustinMalar wrote:Do you think you would be able to complete the Infantry list ? I need more Infantry units before I start testing a scenario.

Sure. I'll give priority to infantry units.

Yes, no need for the other green pattern.

There are no color photos on the net of Slovak Marder III H. You are right 18 but only 2 were used during the Slovak National Uprising. The other were seized by Germans before they can be used against them.

No blue rim for Slovak paras. Slovak paras used German parotrooper helmet M38.

Maybe bebro will create icons for: LT vz35 TK, Avia B.534-IV , Letov S.328. Savoia-Marchetti SM.84. I really need those icons.

I made a German Pz35 (t) which is similar some time ago. IIRC also Dragos modified him a bit for his purpose. The rest I can't promise, I have to see what time permits ;)

Where's the download for your German Pz35 (t) ?
VPaulus can you modify it ? Please camo and green.
LT vz35 TK LT vz38 TK are the most important tanks for an historical campaign.

Yes, I knew there was a Pz35, didn't knew where.
It's becoming urgent to have a deposit of units.

Bernd, I'll use the same camouflage pattern and the green skin in your Pz35. :D

Ahh, forgot the link, but Nik helped out. Yeah, that's the one.

Reskinning it would be nice, saves me the time to make a second version :)

BTW, can you tell me the RGBs of the two brownish tones you're using for the camo? I'll see to get the same for the recon unit.

Sure Bernd, only later when I arrive home. You mean the orange and the brown? There's also green.
I can send you the pattern that I'm using. Although I scaled it in different values, in order to obtain the effect I want. I then use take out a little of the saturation level and lightening very slightly the image. Finally I use some Photoshop automatic colour contrast correction.

That would probably be the best. Just up it at imageshack or so, I guess I need to edit it a bit anyay to have it as texture. Thx in advance.

VPaulus, let me just add a bit to the praise for your skinned icons - excellent work. Looks like I should retire my reskinning tool and erase my icons from the web, for your work puts my humble efforts to shame.

Sadly, I'll not have time to do much icon making anytime soon - and if I have, I'll have some outstanding work others have requested earlier.
And the final set of the SWOTL icons. So much to do, so little time.
However, I do think I have a SM.84 lying around. Probably italian skin, but could be possible to manipulate it. Let me know if you want it Augustin.

Thanks rezaf. :D
But I'm afraid you just can't retire. My skins have a different style and to be honest I don't know if I don't prefer your camouflage style over the scenario map. So please don't retire your tool, I'm sure that a lot of people will prefer your style over mine. :)
I only have begin to reskin, because I sense there's a permanent deficit in icon units. Also I needed a break from the sound mod.
But, of course, I'm glad that people appreciate my work, and at the same time, being useful to the community.

@bebro
This is the pattern I use as camouflage. Mind that I use different kind of zooms.

If by any chance the camouflage won't work well with the 3D program, I can skin the unit. No problem with me.

I've made it from this picture.8)
