Hello again Massi. These links are websites where you can find a lot of pictures.

The Google software available is free to put on your computer to see not only these images (and I have checked them out and they are truly amazing), but much other information. You will need to have Google Earth downloaded on your computer. It is free and completely harmless. A very fascinating map tool.
Keep us posted with your success. I am have quite a time replacing so many graphics on the terrain, etc. in all my maps.

I might be pointing out the obvious here, but have you thought about using custom terrain for flight sims as a basis?
It usually contains seamless tiles that can be arranged infinitely, the "only" problem is getting them to tile as hexes as opposed to rectangles.
For example, take a look at this field-tile taken from a
terrain set for European Air War:
Having an entire terrain set using this style could look very cool...

I'm not Italian, ma ho capito tutto senza usare googletranslator.
Solo per scrivere. Vantaggio di avere in comune la stessa radice linguistica.

I have "remodeled" about a dozen of my maps with these graphics so far and I can tell you that they make a BIG difference in the appearance! Quite amazing and worth the time it takes to do it.
I have made requests for other tiles in this thread, but after seeing a large expanse of forest on a map, I hope that there will be more color trees for seasons like the ones in this set. Also some fir trees and aspen would be outstanding. Some ruins of buildings in the various different sets that can be put together in hexes would be outstanding too.
For me, Massi's efforts make a massive impact on the game for my personal enjoyment. I take a lot of pride in the maps I make and these tiles make such a difference it is hard to believe until you see it.

@ El Condoro - Thanks for the instructions on how to get Massi's Land Pack to work in GME.
@ Massi - I think this is a great idea too, if you can find the time to do it.
El_Condoro wrote:If you ever get the time, I would like to see some more road and rail bridges, including some ruined ones, please. Famous ones like Pegasus, Arnhem and Remagen would be good.
I like how the Airfields and Cities stand out clearly now on the map! Bravo, massi!
Massi, would like to request a big favour, which will hopefully be supported by fellow gamers. Currently, I find the railroads, roads, rivers tend to blend in too much with the general terrain. I would like to request for new "rail", "road" and "river" pngs that will stand out (it would be great if much brighter colours could be used) from the general terrain. Very bright blue for rivers, brighter grey for roads (or whatever colours you think will make it stand out from the rest of the map). If you don't have the time, I understand.
I just installed this land pack and I'm wondering how I could have missed it earlier. It would have made the campaign I just completed much more enjoyable. Anyway a big thank you for this fantastic mod. Hope you have more in store. Thanks.
