It's one of the funny things about switchable units - as ART they can't occupy a city, as AT they can. (Not sure if that StuG is switchable BTW, just saying...)

Got my first captured unit in Kiev, T34-40. So far it appears to be a stealth model as it makes no sound when it moves. Have not had a chance to try it in combat yet so not sure if it has a silencer on its gun yet.
