Tanks with very low ammo values shouldn't have [1] air defense. It doesn't help them much and is irritating.
I wonder if tanks should have a weak air defense in form of a [1] air attack at all. This could be reflected in a higher air defense strength.
MY problem is that those [1] tanks often shoot down fighters. In the case of the IS-2 or some american tanks you lose 1-2 BF 109 and kill zero tanks. While still causing them major distress by draining their ammo.
