It's clearly ROME is what the pleebs want. ROME and the CONQUEST of NATIONS! We want a ROME with the 3 different factions, we want the Civil War. We want to be Julius Caesar or Gais Maximus (wait that's another time in rome isn't it? lol) We want gladiator armies led by Spartacus. We want the whole era and history of ROME from the RISE to the FALL. We also want a free copy of the Rise & Fall of the Roman Empire too. )

Will there be an digital English Civil War version?

I would love to see something on PzC engine about Roman times, most games about the period are often too harcore for my taste.

why not a digital version of tabletop games like Sekigahara 1600 of Sunset Games or Samurai of GMT games or Feudal Lords of Sunset Games ?

I ticked Rome, but mostly I am interested in about 235 (the Crisis of the Third Century) to 1453 (Fall of Constantinople). OK, so that's over 1,200 years, but what scope to wrap a game around. Come on Slitherine, how difficult can it be?

I would have to say the Roman period. I have a store called notebook empire so I have to be true to my company. But, playing the same thing all the time does get boring. So my second would be the Medieval period followed by, the Crusades.

BTW, just downloaded Legion classic for my iPad 2 and loving it! The touch interface really lends it self to this classic game. Had played the old PC version way back in the day and it turned me onto the whole Military strategy genre. Great job guys!

Only quibble would be to enable a play till all countries are conquered.

That would be awesome if they could have something with that scope of time frame. I would love to play the time period of the Marius reforms and against Sulla as well. So many great scenarios to play out. What if Constantinople hadn't fallen?

Boy, this is a tough one for me, as I have a genuine interest in all the historical periods listed. I suppose I'd go with the Medieval period, but only by a few hairs or so.

It's very difficult just to pick one. Oh, and with the Dark Ages a very close second.

Oh, all right then . . . medieval.

Currently, and of the eras listed ... Medieval, preferably Wars of the Roses.

Medieval, though I am interested in each listed category. The Plantagenets, the Wars of the Roses, the Mongols, the Plague and more make it my pick.
