Thank you all - its a hard work - but now I am understand the terrain system and will improve also Panzer Corps, next my Modern War Corps and later I will build up Pazific Corps.
BTW - with my new game parameters the game runs mutch more funny - to hold the flanks and give the enemy now gaps for fast troops is the most importantly thing in Africa Corps. With more movement speed the tanks are so mutch more effectively !!!

first rough version of swamp, sand and wadi - the sand will come with many dunes to see it better and the wadi will have another coast line block (Block 3) for falling edges.

Also all units in Africa Corps will have sight 5 = 5 km ! I tested and its better for game play - the only problem is the not included broken line of sight, but I hope some one can do that with the next improved version.

No need for more teasers HBalck, the only questions that remain are
a) when will the release be?
and
b) how much will it cost?*

*Your work is clearly of commercial quality and would deserve to be published as a paid-for addon (or DLC, as the kids tell it these days) for PzC. Really impressive.

a) Release is on 18th September (The first 6 scenarios of the DAK Campaign "all of 1941 + operation Theseus" - the others comes 2-3 weeks later, the battles in tunis will be finished at the end of Oktober 2011)
b) Its a free version !!! You need no money - you can download Africa Corps on 18th september and have fun for weeks - believe me !

I figured as much HBalck, I was just trying to bring the point across that your work is definately of a quality that'd warrant paying money for it, even if you don't plan on charging any.
Also, my question for a release date wasn't meant serious - though I do recall you posting an estimate, something releated to a cousin or nephew you wanted to gift this to?
Anyway, you'll hear no bugging from me if you don't release in time, I was really just trying to say that I think your work is of an awesome quality level.
I know I spent a lot of time on my modest PG Classic remake, and I created like three new unit graphics and maybe five pretty amateurish tile graphics, the rest was map-making and a little testing.
You must spend orders-of-magnitude more time - and it shows.
I'm sure you have some skills and tools that make your job easier (3D modeling programs and such), but these models still don't create themselves, and even if it's some stock-stuff that comes with the apps, arranging it, adding props, finetuning etc. is bound to eat up time.
IIRC the first official addon is also supposedly about the Afrika Korps, and we'll see whether it will be able to match your level of quality.
Great work indeed.

HBalck! Units are shown the view from "side-and-above". And the airport - just a view from above.
Maybe a slightly different angle of the form at the airport? I'm not sure exactly, but maybe it will look better.
