I have just purchased 11 more packs of the infantry and cavalry, and am going to keep buying these. They are fantastic.

I would also like to echo the desire for command packs. I am not sure that the in the long term plans of making packs based on units is the way to go. I know that I use FOG but also use Warlord and even Forlorn hope so unit size can vary and I am sure that you would sell a good amount of command packs.

So it would be great if down the line you consider having your sculptor make more command figures/Musicaians/ standard bears and sell them in packs of 12 to 18. As I am sure I am not the only one who likes to have command figures and extra flags in amongst the musketeers. Even more so that they are such fantastic sculpts.

Thanks for a great range that has been needed for quite awhile.

Let me start with saying I think that selling/buying in units is a good idea. Fair point from your point of view about having to make the decision on mould mixes, but when I buy a pack of each foot code (ordering today) I end up with 78 foot figures only 3 of which are command, so my point of view as a consumer is different. However, as you made them of a scale to match Testudo (and Acies Edizioni, I think), then we can use their infantry command codes for 6 stand regiments and musketenkompanien, so it's not a deal-breaker. One of the things I appreciate is that you often ask for consumer opinion on this forum, but I think you missed this one. But this is a very minor gripe.

I think there will always be a demand for extra command figures, perhaps when the High Command figures are done some extra command figure types could be slipped into the mould, unless of course the space is taken up by the new Muscovites!!!

I understand that people want unlimited choice, but my resources to make that happen are not unlimited. I had a large number of models made and had to economise somewhere. There are some companies that make individual models available in any combination you want, and I say bravo, but that's usually because they cast their own figures -- I don't do that and pay not only for each piece but for the moulds as well, which are quite expensive, so I have to make a decision about how best to have them cast and then market accordingly.

Especially difficult in this metal market, as the pieces are costing me more and more but I am not passing that along to the customer, choosing instead to take a reduced profit, making decisions about initial costs even more critical.

I've also had to cut back on the time I devote to Khurasan Miniatures but would like to do that without cutting back on the products I have available. I am currently rationalizing the business and part of that is a long hard look at how I offer products. I certainly want to make them available in a way that will be useful to customers but acknowledge that not every single customer puts units together in exactly the same way. Difficult choices but they must be made.

I adore your Native American range, I miss some of it and I am really enjoying the Conquistador models too. I will look forward to the next set of releases and I am already saving up to purchase some of those Conquistadores you mentioned on another thread.

I expected these figures to be superb and am not dissapointed. I was going to wait for the rest of the range to come out before ordering but have cracked and ordered infantry and cuirassiers.
