Yes, unfortunately so. My favourite WW1 fighter pilot at any rate.

I don't have one in particular, but if I had to elect one, I would go for McCudden.

MickMannock, could you please, announce your campaign in the sticky for campaigns.
Now there's one for campaigns. After you announce there I'll erase your post in the Single player sticky thread.
Thanks

I just wanted to add, that you are allowed (I would be happy) to inccoperate my map in your camaign, too.

Its a prelude to the main campaign in the spanish war, as legion condor, a panzer general conversion, like your maps.

Though I may need some further testing/tweaking, which I will do in the near future.

Check the map here if you are interested :)

I might include it in the future. I am (slowly) working on expanding operation Barbarossa right now (where you can chose between army Group North, Center and South). When/if I finish it and include those scenarios in the map pack, I'll also take a look at your map for inclusion.

I today played Sevastopol 1941 on General difficulty. The map is real good and not too hard. Decsisive i could achive.

But i noticed a little bug. If you want too use paratroopers they cant be loaded into an airplane.

Also the mission text before and after is missing.

No paratroopers on plane is intentional. I felt paradrops would be too ahistorical.

About the scenario texts. Did you make sure you copied them into the correct folder?

I just have overwritten the files.
In which file are they stored?

Look at the file called info.txt, that file details which files go where.

Looks like my briefing folder was not in the correct directory.

Thats why the Briefing Folder is not under the Data folder. So if you copy files just over the briefings are missing.
Maybe you can change that . :)

Since stock PzC maps give you transport planes, maybe you could put info about it in the mission briefing? Also are the planes available in the Crete scenario in the current version?

Perhaps. However, Sevastopol is quite a "tight" scenario, so you can use your paratroopers as regular infantry without any problem (they won't be lagging too far behind I mean).

And yes, in the Crete scenario you have transportplanes available (and you have transpots available in the Kharkov scenario too).

I agree, it makes sense on a map this small, it's just good to know it beforehand :)

Anyway, thanks for a job well done, it's good to see those maps back :)

True enough. If I add more maps to the map pack, I will make sure to include that information.

Thanks! :)

Which maps do you have in mind?
Maybe before Poland the Spain Scenario. With "Legion Condor"

There's someone who's already working on such map.

I am working on Barbarossa maps currently. As it stands now you do Barbarossa through Army Group Center and therefor I am working on adding a choice to join Army Group North and Army Group South too. That will add interesting choices and increase replayability for the main campaign I think.

I also believe the Normandy campaign needs an overhaul. It should be split up into two maps, one for Operarion Overlord and one for Operation Cobra.

(last post)

I am going to tweak this map further, especially develop a small spanish euipment table. I had no time this weak, to make further improvement, but shrely next week :)

playtesting this map would be very very welcome, up to now, I only have my own opinion.

Best regards :)
