Russian super tanks

Thanks for the quick feedback!
I understand that a high Russian anti-tank tech matched against a modest German armor result will produce much lower survivability for German tanks, but that doesn't explain the absolute impotence of those German tanks on the giving end. I concentrated on Blitzkrieg early on and switched to Armor once I hit 4 Blitz. So by the time I'm facing these Russian T-2000s, I've got 4 Blitz and 2 Armor results. I expected to take more hits due to my lower armor upgrades, but I didn't expect to have absolutely no ability to inflict hurt while I take those additional hits. If the Russkie has massive anti-tank results, they can't also have massive armor improvements at the same time. Shouldn't I be seeing big damage to me but also big damage to the other side as well? It isn't the hits to me that I'm baffled with - it's the combination of huge hits to the Germans coupled with absolute impotence in their return fire. And as I noted, this is new to GS2.0; I never experienced this in vanilla CEAW.
