Hmm, it would appear that if the enemy wants to keep tempting fate by moving into a river... I will eventually show him what happens.

Our last theory, has currently been proven.

Who would have thought I'd get so much use out of these recon units? I'm even delivering the 1-2 hit leap-frog punches, and forcing the opposition to get their feet wet again.

You must have liked the PSW 234/2-8r in the original PG, as it has 155 fuel, and its SA/HA is 7/11.
A real desctructor

I feel this is my last turn to get a decisive victory, so I had to get a little creative here.
Now you see why I purchased the best kind of transport for my paratrooper earlier.
Didn't have enough movement range to take the last strategic hex by foot, but I was able to load and move and then take control of the city, and even THEN still be able to attack and kill a unit, all in the same turn. I feel like I just pulled off an over-run here :p
Though unfortunately I missed my target when shooting, and he ended up hitting me back!

Well now... technically the next scenario should start here, but seems there must have been some changes between the patching, as the engine doesn't recognize I have captured all the strategic hexes. I was a bit worried about using the same save between versions. I guess it doesn't matter though. This AAR has done its job for now.

More like a MAR (Mid Action Report) heh. Fantastically put together though, and very interesting to follow along with.
As for your problem of the game failing to award you proper victory...
This is most likely your problem. In the new BETA we migrated to a new structure to determine 'victory conditions' in a scenario to allow for custom maps. Your old save file may still be using the old conditions, which are not compatible with the new design.
Sorry, it looks like you will have to restart your 1941 campaign.

Obsolete this is looking great - can we move this across a bit at a time to the main Panzer Corp forum? I'm going to remove the AAR section for now as we dont have enough content for a dedicated forum yet.
Maybe 1 turn per day to keep the info flowing?

Ian if you want I could post this over sometime this evening or tomorrow on the main forum... and then I can start up a new AAR doing a turn-a-day style in addition.
I just want to finish testing a few things atm.

Wow, very nice, I just got access granted and I'm about to start a 1941 campaign, btw this first scenario reminds me of PG, polished and redone map (for the good) but same one
