Hi guys, the main reason we postpone a game is:
We are not happy enough with the game, or decide to add more cool features, or to make sure the game is rock solid and contains as few bugs as possible, or to add more polish, or listen to feedback and do some changes or add new ideas based on Beta testing!
So upon release it is the best game we can deliver at that point in time. The game is now in publishing mode and will soon be upon you. We are now confident you will enjoy it and get some quality for you hard earned money.
You had to wait maybe 10 weeks longer than initially planned and we understand this is unfortunate and for some annoying, therefore our apologies, but it was for the good of the game and that is what counts in the end!
Cheers,
Tim

When you said issues I didn't understand that you were referring to the postponing itself, but rather to problems that might induce the postponing. Sorry.
Anyway, it's not not only Commander and PC that were postponed. Team Assault and Time of Fury seem to suffer the same.
They already stated that the first to be release will be Panzer Corps.

these are the two games I've been waiting for - a lot of excitement has been built up about Panzer Korps in particular -these games give a lot of us a fun escape - and thus the disappointment when they're delayed.

I think I'm at least equally excited and impatient to release this game as you are

But when it's not ready it's not ready. Our dev team is still fairly new in this business and estimating release dates is certainly something we still have to get better at
It's really, really close to completion now though.

still waiting to be accepted as a beta tester. Its either that or Panzer General in DOS Box or my current favorite VMware player.
On my win7 64 bit platformI have both Xp and Win98 set up. I'd also have Dos 6.2 if I had not thrown away my old floppies! (arrrg) XMS and Ems are an old nightmare. And people think they have it tougth today LOL. How about a pre-order/beta test option? Just hopeing!
