The password at teh top of the thread is user to unzip the file.
Then when you run teh installer you'll be asked for a serial number. This is what you got in the email.
Make sure you dont enter any spaces and have the password/serial exactly as displayed and it should be fine.

Come to think of it, I noticed there is another sub-forum for New Beta testers. Though I don't have access to it. I'm not sure if that's a glitch too or not...
