You can already subscribe to the CTGW Beta test on the front page of Slitherine, right bottom corner under the tab betatest. If all goes well we start soon.

Now i dont know, how muh of the public knows of thi game, and sure you guys do all you can to advertise this to the community. So what i'm saying, do i have permission to advetise & display this game on varouis sites, like, Youtube,Facebook,Topix, Gameboard Geek, and many others. You guys have had some geat reponses, and feedback for the Panzer Corps game, a fine game i was glad to Beta Test & now own. I fully understand that if i'm choosen for this title as a Beta Tester, that there is gameplay and elements that cannnot be shared. Can i, in a sense, advertise this game? Hope all goes well.

For Panzer Corps that is perfectly fine as it is already released, for Commander it is much more helpful when people really start advertising upon or after release. Internet attention fades fast, so we always try to time PR carefully prior to a release, especially as our resources are peanuts compared to the big boys out there. So thanks for the offer, but hold it until we have announced a final release date please, it will help us more in the end.
First let us start the Beta and polish the game together.
Cheers,
Tim aka LZ

Too late. At least in a WWI combat flight simulator you have already a thread initiated by me six months ago.
Don't you worry I'll revive her close to release.

I just agreed to the NDA and registered to be a beta tester for CTGW. Does that mean that I've been accepted as a beta tester, or only that I've "applied" to be a beta tester?
Also, should I be receiving an email sometime in the near future about my beta tester registration? I registered about an hour ago and so far nothing from Slitherine has arrived in my inbox.
No, I'm not impatient.
I just want to understand the process of what happens next. Thanks.

It just means you got registered.
As far as I know there will be several beta stages. Even if you didn't enter in the first stages it doesn't mean that you don't enter later. I for PzC was only choosen almost in the end. It's random. You'll get an email with instructions when you are choosen for beta testing.
Keep your fingers crossed.

Ok, so it's just like the PzC beta, then. Got it.
Thanks, VPaulus.

You know, seeing that there are new posts under the Beta forum here - and not able to read them - is really making me envious.

We just released a new internal Beta today.
It was planned as the first big Beta, but we encountered too many bugs and instabilities, so decided to work those out first.
Most should be gone by the end of the week, the game is shaping up nicely, we are working on the game at full gear...
Cheers,
Tim aka LZ
