With thanks to Dave R and Nobby, the new BHGS website has been updated with the new rankings to End of March, calculated according to the new method. They can be found at

Rankings as at End of April now updated. Might be worth checking the rankings as some people have dropped off and some new players on the scene have been added who I have never heard of.
