Damian Ranasinghe (Sunday only)
Peter Gregory & Jon Phipps
Thomas Bodley Scott
Matt Hall

James Hamilton & Martin Wilkinson
Bruce Brown & Phil Giles
Stephen Finn
Mike Baldwin
Don McHugh & Steve Hacker

So to make up even numbers the design team can provide 1 team on Saturday, and then either 0 or 2 teams (which could be single players) on Sunday.

Damian will start Sunday with a score equal to the average of all the teams from Saturday.
Richard, we were thinking of bringing three armies anyway in case numbers needed evening up - if that would help?

I am sure that the three of us are more than happy to combine, recombine and so forth as necessary to even things up and just generally make life easier. Of course having three of us just makes things awkard sorting out a team structure anyway. I suspect no one wants to be the one that leaves out the other.

Also the"design team" could rotate designers in and out of the team to provide both direct and indirect (or objective) feedback.

Trying deliberately knobled armies would in some ways be a good test of the system.

How about having members of the team using armies that comprise troop/army types not represented by the other players?

I am going to Usk to have fun and try out a new set of rules with new people. I really don't care if I win or lose.

Absolutely. I think we all are. I can safely say I don't give a hoot about winning the tournament. However I suspect once I am at the table each individual game will be a different matter. ;-)

Sounds like we may as well fill up the space to make doubles games at every table and spread ourselves around. If the BDD team brings a spare army they can split to create even numbers. I am sure Matt would be ahppy for Damian to join him on Sunday if that helps Richard.
