Indeed. Born of the fact that pinned enemy only have to keep a toenail of a base in front of the pinners.

A tighter approach could be better - e.g. one could say that all enemy bases within the restricted area have to end the move in front of the pinning BG.

I don't know if it is but it should be. It removes the silly of a BG that is right royally pinned slipping away.

To be honest this alone might be enough to remove a lot of the light horse cheese.

I like this too.....it makes sense.
