4.06 p28: Charges by skirmishers: light horse must pass a CMT to charge unbroken non skirmishers (unless in flank). They used to be allowed to charge fragmented troops.
Is this deliberate?

Can I suggest that all paragraph are given an automatic numbering? It would make crossreferencing much easier. In particular, introducing the numerous diagrams will change all page numbers.
I understand that since new paragraphs could be added, paragraph numbers are not unchangeable either.

I am not entirely sure. Will check with the team.

I think it does make for quite a nice dynamic: LH see enemy heavies looking a bit shaky - is the time ripe for a charge? Will they be brave enough to try it or not?

It was deliberate. Spreads things a bit more so that going FRAG in front of heavy troops s much worse hat LF/LH.
