1.3.9 adds some checking so that unexpected MP campaigns found in the install folder won't show up when trying to create a new game. This should weed out any misplaced campaigns and get everyone playing out of their My Documents directories without any issues. Games in progress will not be affected.
Work on allowing you to grab submitted user maps directly from ingame is ongoing!

Pip have you checked out Battle for Wesnoth? Open source freeware game. You can upload custom campaigns to their servers and download them from an in game menu. Works well.

Yeah - it's something we're working on literally as we speak - there are already a good number of great user scenarios that warrant further exposure. It's pretty straightforward, but we want to ensure that it will scale properly as time goes on.

Apologies to all. It seems that the change we made to prevent the issues with MP files being placed incorrectly in the install dir may have interfered with ongoing games, even though we attempted to not affect them.
I'll try and get a fix asap. Sorry again.

I downloaded and unpacked this into my BA multiplayer folder (just like I did with the old Winter Encouter) and it won't recognize that the scenarios are there! Am I missing something?

You'd need to place them in My Documents\My Games\BBCBA\Multiplayer - not in the install folder. We are working on (a) making this more obvious, and (b) automating the process of grabbing user content.
