After a dismal performance last year the Berkeley Vale club will be in attendance in an effort to do better. However, this year we'll not be a team as two of us are going into the 25mm event meaning one of us is for hire if some one needs a 25mm player.

Conversley, the rest of the Berkeley Vale would like to offer a spot on their team although we are unsure if it will be the Heavy Metal period or Kings and Pharaohs period.

So, any team needing a 25mm player or anyone playing HM or K&P periods and not in a team but wants some temporary friends for the weekend please let me know.

Oh, and for those wanting a 25mm player and concerned about really winnig the team event, it's either me, Steve Price, with Later Seleucids or Andy Unwin with most likely Ancient Brits. Take your pick...

Ta,

Steve P

Does anyone need another player to make up a team? I am playing Fog:R and should have played at least one game before Roll Call. PM me if you're desperate!

Thanks to Bruce and everyone else who helped to put on another excellently organised event.

My Aztecs enjoyed their first outing and I played 4 new opponents - Paul, Matt, Wayne & David - all very enjoyable games.

We struggled against the Hungarians but did better against things we could hit.

Commiserations to Paul Robinson who beat both me and Terry Shaw yet still finished below us.

And even bigger commiserations to David Cutner whose dice were appalling in our game when mine were embarassingly good.

Cheers,

I managed to find a copy on the bhgs yahoo group, iehter that one or the Roll Call specific one, just search BHGS 'groups' and check them both.

It may of course not be the final version as it's not published.
