Why not zoom to the bit you want, print screen, then paste into paint, save as a bitmap?

Because-

1. many of the pre-AD armies are in Lost scrolls at the bottom of the sheet with lots of empty lines above them
2. The definition is so low that the army names are unreadable

Failing that is there any chance you could let us have access to the spreadsheet (I assume) you used to create it ?
No, I didn't use a spreadsheet, but simply crawled through the companion books and draw the bars manually in Adobe Illustrator. So I can give you the .ai file (although you probably can open the PDF directly in a newer Illustrator version)

Anyway, if you like, you can send my a PM or eMail (eMail addy in the lower right corner of the chart) in what timeframe and/or collection of companion books you're interested, and i'll provide a compilation as soon as I have some time (not this weekend, as my mother has her 70th birthday)

BTW, the basic idea is to either use it online and paperless - anybody an iPad yet ;-) - or plot it on a drum plotter or large printer. Luckily we have a 1x1.5 mtr plotter in my company.
