I now have Rise of Rome, Storm of Arrows, and Legions Triumphant working. I realized I was making a mistake when running FoG under Wine. I had been running it using the FieldOfGlory.exe, and I should have run it using FOG.exe. Using FOG.exe allowed me to enter my serial numbers for those three preloaded expansions (without using the setup exes).
