One thing we haven't really looked at is Fortified Camps.

Not sure if any of the armies in this book should have the option though. OK, so there are certainly cases where Wallenstein and Gustavus, for example, fortified their camps quite extensively, but this was more a case of when they really didn't want to fight rather than a fortified camp that would end up behind the battle line IMO.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Far as I know attempts to fortify a camp where only made if an enemy was considere close by. Even then these might not usually have been enough to count as fortified camp. The sheer size of the armies and baggage probably made fortifications difficult, especially as the war dragged on and troops became less and less disciplined. So for the comparably smallish armies operating in close vicinity during parts of the palatinate war phase a fortified camp might be ok, otherwise ...
One idea might be to allow a fortified camp only if a certain ammount of field fortifcations are also bought, allowing (requiring) the fortified camp to be part of or at least to be inside the fortification.
