There are many to choose from.
Lots of Cav armies
Lots of MF that either have armor or bows
Armies with superior lancer LH.
Many choices. I haven't treid it yet but someth like Serbs that is LH and KN is likely dangerous to LH too.
I agree LH Lancers are good at chasing other LH, but you do need a few BG if your outnumbered by shooty LH you will die as I have found when using Seljiks with LH Lancers.

Plans always help. Cunning plans are even better. I think one of the weakness of medium skill players with LH is they think they may not need a plan and versus a player of medium skill with a plan they can get hurt.
Very true..........need to have a cunning plan I hear there're quite good.

Arab Conquest are pretty good at hunting and killing LH armies. Superior Lance/Sword LH will do quite a bit of damage to nearly any other kind of LH.
