I've decided to award the win to KiwiWarlord with him having lost 20 points, I've counted Snugglebunnies loses as 40%, while this doesn't technically count as a winning % difference I don't want to hobble Sungglebunnies replacement with too great a deficit.
So the Imperials have 9 wins and 2 draws
The rebels have 5 wins and 2 draws.
