Yep yesterday no turn notifications found them when I got back from France. Forum no notifications for many days, maybe weeks.

No ancients, P&S or forum PM notifications here.
They seem to be having a lot of issues with this over the last few months.

The backend team says that the issue should now be solved, with better error checking going forward. Please post here if you still see issues.

Forgive me for thinking that you might be interested as it is a similar problem and depending on architecture could the same issue or at the minimum a similar root cause.
Based upon your response I am guessing there is not one support team which is actually not helping to resolve these issues.
The Customers just assume this is one seamless company because that's the way it appears but behind the scenes that's clearly not the case.
Pip and RBS your customers are being let down and certainly a % will be annoyed enough to drift away. I hope you can use these concerns raised to negotiate a better solution to these on going annoyances.
