I cant get in to multiplayer Fog2 but I can get in to Fog medieval, although its much slower finding the games than it usually is...

Me too, also in Tournament, does Slitherine fix things at weekends?

same trouble, no issue with medieval.

I have the issue with Medieval. As of Sunday morning (US Pacific time) it's been about 12 hours.

correction, i have issue with medieval too !

Same problem. I cant get into Ancient or Medieval online play.

Joy I guess it will be Monday before Staff re-start servers or whatever they do...

There has to be a better way to deal with this....

Especially as Slitherine run timed tourneys and these outages cause problems with folk that can't do quick turn around...

Know here FoG is OK but turn and forum and PM mail notification don't works!

Thanks Hari yes the server is back up and turns following but what I find absolutely shocking is that we get no notification from the support team that things are working again.

RBS is a gent but he and the customer base is badly let down by the back end support and just some basic courtesy / customer service.

Shocking, but I guess they have your money already so hey ho...

I am unable to log on to any of my Slitherine /Matrix game's multiplayer servers even though my password has not changed and its still showing on the log on screen this has been going on for over a week now.

How can this be sorted please ?

It might best to contact support@slitherine.co.uk with your details. If you have been unable to login for more than a week, that is not an intermittent server issue.

Getting the "unable to validate" message on FOG2 Ancients MP server as of US CDT 19:00 on 15 August 2023 (01:00 BST on 16 August 2023).

FOG2 Medieval is OK.

Reported to Slitherine IT and have a ticket number via automated response e-mail.

Same issue.

Same problem here with FOG2 Ancient.

Different month but still same old same old.

Having the same issue the last 12 or so hours in both FOG 2 and P&S but not in FOG 2 Medieval.
