Changes to rules:
> Reverted to movement distance for ALL MF to 4MU - as in earlier versions.
> Added some Elephant friendly terrain to 'Tropical'
> 3 clarifications added.
One slight error in the ReadMe file is that Book2 pages 21-22 should refer to Later German (Eastern) rather than Western.
