Marco said on that teatime that AO43 will release early june (ok it is may - yes) and pacific is planned for summer (no further details)

Beta first.
Pacific Beta should be longer than usual because it is a major 'upgrade'.
They will want to get it right.

Pacific beta was out for apply before AO 43's beta. Check the Slitherine store page and see if they still have the apply to beta option there.

Beta is still open, at least the mainpage offers to form to sign up for it
