I have no idea what they did. Joe Miller was the support person who corresponded with me. He only told me that the web administrators were working on it.

I sent them messages every two or three days, probably a dozen or more in total and I was trying to login in once or twice a day. One day it worked and it's worked since then.

I might suggest you keep reminding them. I think I'll send in another support ticket letting them know the problem hasn't been fixed for everyone. None of us should be having any problem with accessing multiplayer.

Sadly no...I did get a new ticket a while back but have not heard anything since.

I was getting that same message for a bit.

Keep sending in tickets. That's what I did for a solution.

Happy to report that with another re-install & setting a new password...multiplayer is now working.
