So far we have 28 players with 20 for the western conference but only seven for the east plus one undecided on what they wish to use. Once we get to 32 the next goal would be 64 players but if that can't be achieved then the first 16 players for the western conference will slot in but I'll give the choice for the other 4 whether they would like to swap to an eastern army. Another option also is to flip some west armies that are on the border between east and west to the other side.

Yes please Taureg no allies. Sorry don't know where they will fit in the mix I guess in the East being Muslim in faith.

Only your main list identifies your conference. You may select any ally that the game offers regardless of which conference the ally belongs to.

Please note the excess of western conference players which won't be an issue if two divisions form but in the case it remains at one division then I will offer the later joiners a chance to switch to the eastern conference or simply group four together but have them in the eastern conference.
