Sabo, I mentioned earlier that Slith's download procedure has always been glitchy for me, for example when I click 'Check for updates' at the opening screen of any game and it says 'New update available', I click 'download update' but after about 10 minutes the message comes up 'Error, download failed', so I have to go to 'My Page' and download it from there.
Incidentally, the 1.1.21 PC2 update isn't even showing on my page, so I had to hunt it down on another screen.
I mention all this to show that perhaps something glitched when you installed 1940.
Try uninstalling 1940 it and re-installing it to see if you have better luck at the second attempt, and if that fails, ask again for a refund..

And I know from experience Steam usually give us an instant no-quibble refund if a game won't work..

Is the first time that you've installed the update V01.01.21?

I did what you said but when I go to Steam my screen doesn't look like yours, in fact there is no "game" link.
Why can't I just get my money back so I can DL it from Stream?

YOU will find the customer support here seriously lacking....best just ask the game owners...the staff won't help you much at all....that's my and many others experience.

You can install Steam on a laptop...
To activate a serial you need to install Steam.
??how about a fix for this headache!!

‘Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost’....within the last few weeks I ran into this problem...everytime I click on the play button for PANZER CORPS 2...this unreal engine bug pops up...I have tried a few fixes but I'm not a techie and messing about with my laptop makes me uneasy....

Ok Paulo was able to give me the correct instructions, I got the DLC installed, now my problem is I lost all my previous saves... I guess I got back to 1939.. what a pain
