Which training mission? The ones in AO40, or AO41?

For the island I landed with 2 Paras. One has to clear the harbor for resupply, the other can take on the bunker. My Stukas also could not reach the bunker but my levelbomber could. I also send a fighter with aiming assistance.
In the north u dont need many reinforcements. Just try not to attack on your own and try to encircle enemy infantry. Not clearing them, just "pacifyiing". Deadly grasp very much helps of course. But this is the best trait bar none anyway.

For the training missions I took 2 fighters, rest Paras. I did not even bother to shoot down the enemy airforce. Getting some hits on the dummies with your figthers earns way more XP. Also always take aiming assistance heroes to training missions. With the amount of XP up for grabs they make quite a difference
