NOTE: Unfortunately, although the folders have version numbers so that the system can (and will) prevent games between different versions, the "campaigns" and scenarios (in the MP Lobby) have the same names as the previous versions. So you need to complete any battles you are currently playing with v1 before deleting v1 from your system and downloading v2, and ensure that your opponent does the same.
