I'm not entirely comfortable with the classification of dismounted knights as hw. It means that when fighting mounted knights they lose out on 50 POA on impact and 90 POA in melee compared to if they were offensive spearmen instead. It raised questions like why did the Brunswick knights dismount in the face of enemy knights in the open at the battle of Bornhoved? And why did the knights facing them follow them in dismounting, unless they laughed so hard that they fell off their horses and couldn't get back up?
