Please, count me in. Army list follows asap.

There is a problem with your rules, as in the German version of my game, they use the designation "Krieger" for foot warriors and warriors alike.
I suggest you refer to the column of the respective units, as this problem will occur in every foreign language version of FoG

Does the 50/10 rule and troop restrictions apply for the themed event.

For example Thessalians have a minimum of 12 lf and the Galatians are included.

Yes, the 50/10 rule does apply to the themed event. We will just need to state that the Thessalians will be allowed 12LF due to the compulsory selection in the DAG. The "super army" restrictions on the various Galatian armies will also apply in the themed event.
