Richard, Sorry to be pedantic but is the following correct for sending a scenario to you?
Open empty file USERTEXT in PSCAMP
Type DEBUGMODE 1 Save
Create .CPF file with editor
Create .LST file NAME <Seneffe>
SHOWNAME <Seneffe>
DESC <William of Orange .etc.....>
MAKER edward1 (User name for Slitherine)
TYPE 0
SIZE X (mb)
#URL
https://dl.dropbox.com/s/xxxxxxxxx.lst?dl=1
Save as Seneffe.LST
Put .CPF file and .LST file into Dropbox
Link to LST file

You don't need to do any of that, that is only if you are trying to make a "campaign" available from your own download location. I will do what is required myself for the Slitherine FTP.
So all you need to do is send me a zip of your custom campaign.

email will be best if the file isn't 10Mb or more. My email address is in my reply to your previous PM.

Richard, The link for my second scenario "Battle of Warsaw" is to the Wikipedia reference, not to the scenario.
