Does leaving for Sydney mean you will not be able to finish the army selection?

Yup, it was a way to give the generals a way to pick favourable matchups for their armies and/or generals. Normally it has worked well, with the responses coming in quickly (as it has when Claymore returned), the problem has only occurred this time when RL took over for Claymore and no delegation or warning happened. Personally, I wouldn't change the formula unless it is viewed as a persistant problem (which I don't think it is), but I'm biased
But I'm no longer the administrator nor do have ownership rights to this idea. If you guys want to change the way it works that;s fine by me!

I will put Chris' score as 63/63 in the table. I've checked and I'm pretty certain BP will not be decisive if any two teams ends up on equal points.
If anyone is of a different opinion, please write and correct me
