Last question: for your huge map, despite the presence of strategical map, would it be an advantage to use a large screen like a 27 inches or to use dual screen mode ?
As I never used a dual screen...no clue

but a bigger monitor is always better. I use a 26 inch

NB: NKVD troops were certainly present at Stalingrad, they deserve to be there
There was only 1 NKVD Rifle division participating in Stalingrad and these troops were not elite or special in any way and unless the Waffen SS they never formed armored or mechanized divisions...ahhh...I could name a few units NKVD Rifle Division though...
>10th NKVD RIfle Division > This Div was in Stalingrad

I use two 19 inches screen and Pz Corps makes full use of it, that's great believe me!
But with a 26' it must be far better!
Thx to name one unit as NKVD
I wish you full success with your mod!
We have great expectations!

Each Gem will grant me complete mastery over one aspect of the multiverse. Only then I may withstand the upcoming galactic storm........

The ghosts of all those warriors in ploughed up graveyards and whose unburied remains turned to dust, the good German steel melted and made into new Soviet exported tanks and weapons that were destroyed in the Sinai desert, Golan Heights and Lebanon are watching you. The ones where no trace remains.................. Chris10.

oh..hey..thnx...
I really would finish this but without Africa Corps its useless to continue at this stage as I dont know what new abilitys and possibilities are coming apart from hopingly greatly increased mod support...the framework is pretty much done so I just enjoy Summer and the Euro2012 in the meantime

UPDATE 15.07.2012
Now with Africa Korps in beta status the moment to retake work on Panzercorps East is not to far away in the future.
From what I see AK brings promising changes in various aspects of the engine which justified to wait for its release before
continuing on PzC East.

Man, I'm SALIVATING! I can't wait to see your finished product! Hey, if you're going to have Americans and Brits on the eastern front, how about Canadians?? We had a couple of guys at that Normandy thing too...so we were as close as they were.

I wont spoil the surprise

why brits and yanks are present in this...
Only this: They play only a secondary role but canadians had no part in this
particular secondary role Iam talking about and since France is far away..
well...sry..no canadians here

Originally I thought you should add in the campaign the Waffen SS British "St George Legion" but it won't be necessary since there is ne evidence they ever saw action even at the end of the war...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Free_Corps
http://www.feldgrau.com/wssbf.html
Apparently they never saw combat, even in late 1945:
The fact is that there is no conclusive proof that any Englishman fought the Russians in Berlin wearing a German SS uniform, and there seem to be no Russian accounts of the Battle that detail such accounts, so this fact can not be readily accepted or denied at this time

These facts
DO NOT prevent you from adding such a unit or units to any given scenario or campaign through the Scenario and Equipment Editors.

Yes of course (I would be delighted to have a lot of standard and exotic units in the e-file) but I think the campaign designer will try to start with units which were there historically in June 1941, so in this perspective my idea to place "my" British unit on German side in 1941 should be forgotten.
The campaign designer does what he wants of course!

I will not questioning your reasoning on this

..but seriously, If there would have been a unit big enough (division level or at least brigade level) then hell..yeahh...
but dont you worry...there will be lots of historical units (axis and minors and some soviet) and lots of surprises too....
