Jonno loaded his right flank with a mix of Veteran and Legionary troops and smashed into my left flank. I was planning to deliver a heavy attack against his left, but he hit first. In a couple of turns Jonno vaporized everything from my center to the end of my main battle line. I think at one point the score was something like 20 to 4, Jonno's favor. It looked grim. But then my attack landed with my superior troops. In one turn it went from 20 to 4 Jonno's favor to 24 to 22, Jonno's favor. I had blown out Jonno's interior left flank. But the positional advantage was mine. The devastation had been so complete to my left Jonno had nothing to attack. A couple of turns were required for Jonno to get his victorious right into battle again, but I had stuff to kill (and a threat to his camp). That's really what decided it at that point. I could deliver the winning attacks and Jonno wasn't able to exploit his success.

Great game. No gratuitous overkill. I'm lucky to have escaped with my skin intact.

Incredibly see-saw battle. On my last turn I thought I wouldn't put Gazxtrix away. I was one breakpoint from finishing it. A lucky missile attack routed a disrupted unit and put me over the top. What a battle!

The problem is that it's the quality of victories that counts, not the quantity. As of yet, I haven't gotten any truly glorious victories, so my points are relatively low as such.

I am having problems signing into multiplayer at the momment and hopefully Slitherene are working on it So any battles i have going at the momment will have to wait until this issue is fixed,sorry for the inconvinience caused.
Peter i would like to choose Ispos Allience for Immortal fire if thats ok . Hopefully my sign in issue will be solved soon
