Flatsix518 (Early Achaemenid Persians) 26/41 vs Ironclad (Seleucids) 40/39

More of a nail biter than you'd think. I made a very foolish maneuver which cost me most of my cavalry. I shot Ironclad up pretty badly and scored a good number of points. Still, he broke my entire center on the same turn I pushed over the body count I needed to win. An exciting game full of maneuver.

Had a pm from Rex who has confirmed it to be fixed but could you look into it as well please.

I played 3 x 200 pt games vs the pc and could not get into the right position to test it out!!!!

fogman (abbasids) 39/39 vs zumheuriger (arab conquest) 43/40. TIE.

I was ahead 33/39 vs 38/40 and I ascertained I was safe and dry. He somehow pulled off the tie during his turn. Amazing stuff to cap off a major head-on collision between superior arab infantry and superior abbasid cavalry.

Hi, I created a scenario and test it. It's worknig Ok. You get the rear attack only if you split the rear charge in two movements. No automatic disruption.

OK and thanks

I respect all opinions on the split hex rear charge but ive seen it on more than one occasion lately and feel although its not as common as it once was it still exists.

This was a tough game for the Syracusans. The EAPs are a bad matchup for them -- it's hard to get any winning advantage with protected hoplites vs armoured hoplites, average troops vs superior, and the usual Persian entourage of archers. Razorback77 played well, it was just too steep a hill to climb.
