Yup guys. I agree with you all:
1- We should wait until the conflict is resolved. And still, that would relatively too early to tell. But, let's wait and see.
2- Yes, ZERO politics (or geopolitics) in this forum/thread and more games
Best regards,
Akkula.

Unfortunately, as I said before, it will take some time.
I am dealing with some personal issues right now, and my mind is away from modding. I hope to resolve what do with my life in the coming months so I will have a clearer mind to resume the modding at its full.
Patience
Best regards,
Akkula.

Of course, patience and only patience, we will wait for the update. But it will be hot there for the next 2-3 months.
The idea with named units is very good and attractive, like the Soviet Storm 9 Army and SS divisions, this will add zest to the mod. Good luck to you Akkula.

Have a nice Whitsun / Pfingstfest.
Excellent work Akkula.
An old German soldier's proverb says:
"Promotions and awards are the salt in a soldier's meager soup."
Why should it be any different for the Chinese?
Best regards

Very nice. These awards or new heroes with new abilities are often the reason why I play scenarios several times in a campaign..... Well, and when I've lost.
best regards Tobi

It is available through standalone scenarios, Ossetia-Georgia, I believe.

Hi there,
Is there any way to play this mod without using GME utility? Like PAK mod by just copying all content into main folder.

Hello, It's in the final phase. I'm currently playing through the mini-campaign. It was a bit of work to design it in the original Modern Conflicts. I had started it in my modification. The briefings and commentaries are in German. The campaign has 6 scenarios/maps. The campaign does not cover the entire conflict so far, but only the first days/weeks of the battle for Kiev on the Ukrainian side. Still interested? SG.pngB.pngBriefing.png
Yes very interesting if everything is ready you can add extra via JSGME and play I would like to try it out )

Chinese soldiers during the Korean War.
On 30 June 1950, five days after the outbreak of the Korean War, the Chinese Premier decided to send a group of Chinese military intelligence officers to North Korea, to negotiate with Kim Il Sung, and to gather materials on the fighting.
On 20 August, Premier Zhou told the UN that ‘Korea is China's neighbour ... The Chinese people cannot but be concerned about the solution of the Korean issue.’
Thus, through diplomats, neutral China warned that in order to safeguard the country's national security, the PRC had to intervene in the Korean conflict.
Twelve days after PRC forces entered the war, Stalin authorised the Soviet Air Force to provide air cover and supported additional aid to China.

This is how I did it (note that I use <> to denote a folder, don't actually type the characters):
1. Create a fresh install of Panzer Corps (I keep a clean install which I use to copy to a new folder for each mod). Call the folder with the new installation <PC Modern Conflicts> (or whatever you like).
2. Copy "PanzerCorps.exe" and "ScenarioEditor.exe" from the folder <PanzerCorps132> into the folder <PC Modern Conflicts>, overwriting as required. This updates PC to v1.32.
3. Copy the contents from folder <Mod2016> into the folder <PC Modern Conflicts>, overwriting as required.
4. Run the game using "PanzerCorps.exe" in folder <PC Modern Conflicts>.
Note: I don't use the <Mod2016-BigScn> or <Mod2016-Standard> folders.
This worked fine for me, and is what I do with all big mods. If you're short on disc space, you can always delete the folder when you've finished playing.

Hello, here on page 87 I have already explained how it works for me. I start campaigns with Panzercorps in which the Modern Conflicts files are copied. I do not work with JSGME so I am not familiar with it. You can try to copy the scenarios separately into the data folder and start them in the menu via new game and own scenarios, maybe that works. I have built them so that you can also play them individually.
