Division B - I think I missed posting this one a couple of weeks ago

Blagrot- Danish 1200-1319 AD with Baltic Tribes 1050-1283 AD ally beat IMC - Indian Muslim 1192-1339 54% - 26%

Elephants and horse archers gave the Danes a lot of bother but they stubbornly pushed on into the squishy archers and indian foot. Thanks for the game and sorry for forgetting to post it.

A storm of persian arrows annihilated all my light troops and lancers. Finding an unique weak space in the centre between rough terrain and lake, my phalanx clinched into an opponent's defense providing a glory of hellinic army this time.

thx for the good game

A tough fight with the Romans defending a low hill with supporting artillery. Warbands and the quite frankly too cheap noble lancers won the day on the last turn before night fell. Well played

Flockaveli (Jewish Revolt) 22% defeats Delbruck (Sassanid 591 -628 w/ bedouin allies) 50%

88 - 22 This is the correct result

A deep stream cutting across the map limited the Sassanid cavalry's options, and the Zealots were able to break through. Great game and thanks to Delbruck.

Lennard (Armenia (Cilica) 1155-1375 with Ilkhanid Allies 1230-1353) defeats Sennacherib (Aragonese 1200-1274 with French Allies 1155-1319) 12% to 43%

The battle was decided mostly by good rolls on the Armenian side. The lines clashed diagonally and beforehand the Armenian Archers, X-Bows and Trebuchet scored some good hits. The right flank of the Argonose remained unangaged for quite some time as it held some rough ground and was blocked by Armenian Knights. On the other flank there was a little mess in a forest and some good action between Armenian and Aragonese mounted troops.

Lennard (Armenia (Cilica) 1155-1375 with Ilkhanid Allies 1230-1353) defeats Questar17 (Greeks (Latin Empire) 1205-1319 with Seljuk Allies 1155-1307) 45%-64%

It's a bit hard to describe this one. I think it came down to a lack of melee infantry one the Latine side, but there was also a lot of messy cavalry action and quite a lot of rallies. In the end it came down to multiple scattered fights.

Aetius (Vikings) defeats markleslie (Vikings Ireland) 64-39

Mountains and water on the sides made for a small funnel in the middle, and the armies met there and it was a grueling melee where many units auto-broke. It went back and forth until a few holes opened up for some last minute flanks, along with a straight to frag autodrop of a Pict spearman (absolutely hate those double drops). GG to my opponent who played well and if a few things had gone differently would have won instead!

Two similar armies facing each other on hills with a stream between them. Was looking to be a low scoring draw. but i managed to
cross the stream further up with cav and an elephant. These slowly got reinforced, and the last 6 turns when the score was (9-2 or somesuch)) turned the game.
Thanks to my opponent for a great game. All the best, Lunecastle

Aetius (Irish) defeats ray552 (Berber) 62-41

The Irish managed to get the battle in a position where they couldn't get easily flanked, and tried to use the terrain to their advantage. They got ahold of the Berber archers, but the nasty light horse created a bit of havoc in the Irish ranks. Slowly, though the main Berber line was broken, although it took a while against those superior spears. GG and thanks for playing, it was fun!^^

random27 wins 40-15 over Chherif
DocVanNostrand wins 40-15 over Chherif

Karvon - Carthaginian 235-146BC with Spanish 300 -10 BC drew with nyczar - Macedonia 320-261BC with Greek Allies 23-16.

After a prolonged period of skirmishing and probing, the Carthaginians attacked the Macedonian right flank and pressed on their left as well, while holding off a bit in the center. We broke through the right and the Macedonians began to come to grips with our center just as darkness fell, so no decision was reached in favor of either side.
