I think Pete's KO comp proved a point. Everybody could choose any army they wished, there wasn't that many identical armies.

I think if you have restrictions, you will certainly lead to a lot of "Civil Wars". Which might start getting boring.

Civil Wars are certainly one of the major problems in the TT game. Even when you have an open period the same old armies will be the dominant ones.

At this moment I think the digital game is jsut about right. Solely on the fact that most armies have a chance vs other armies.
