Hi and Merry Christmas!

I have some questions about your excellent work. :)
Trying to make a North europa scenario on a more detailed level. Now i have reached the German units. The 1:st Panzerdivision has three panzergrenadierbatalions and is transported by Puma IFV:s according to Vikipedia, but you cant put soldiers in these vehicles..is that correct?

Sorry for asking

Hello Sapa,
Correct, in Modern Conflicts I did separate the IFVs with APC capabilities from the proper APCs, like the Bradley, Puma or BMP-2. Initially I wanted to avoid redundancy between units.... redundancy is not loved in PzC :P
However, for 2.0 I will try to sort out this issue so we can have some iconic troops carriers coexisting with their IFV roles twins.
Thanks for the comments :)

Best regards,
Akkula.

Now that's what I call "teasing the crowd" =)

Looks pretty promising, especially mix of licensed Soviet and modern Chinese vehicles. Can't wait and see the new challenges. Thank you, Akkula and happy holidays! ^.^

Happy New Year!
During christmas (and sparetime) i started looking at the ugly dirtroads. I think the trafic situation has changed a bit since 1940

I made some changes but maybe it just fits for europe and not for the dessert wars...Modern Roads for Modern Conflict
Just wanted your opinions :D

Roads a bit too saturated/bright and drags little too much attention compared to soft-toned map and city graphics. But as for me, I like the idea =)

Then it is also important to make and emphasize the railways, because most of the troops will be transferred along them) And tanks do not really need roads, they are created for turnover in order to break through where they are not expected, as well as the destruction of the canvas does not interfere with the replenishment of ammunition and fuel)

Hello Mats,
Your screenshots look really intriguing :P
What's the story background of that scenario?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Regarding Update 2.0, ATGM infantry finally will make its entrance into the game 8)
Image
Their main features:
- Considerable attack values against armor. More than the regular RPG infantry. (Range 1 of course)
- Camo trait  (you can notice the icon under them)
- Very low movement points.
- Zero attack damage against soft targets.

So, from now on, careful with your tanks units :P

Best regards,
Akkula.

Wow, can't believe I called it! Do you think you'd ever let ATGM vehicles and RPG/ATGM infantry have reaction shots against enemy armor like in Panzer Corps 2?

Whoa! Sounds like a nice new challenge.

Question though: how will it work along with existing RPG units and ATGM IFVs? I mean, RPG infantry is already somewhat overkill, especially when it comes to difficult terrain and entrenched positions. IFVs, on the other hand, is niche-devastating and more vulnerable than RPG. New ATGM units sounds like potential devastators against bunkered units =)

Hi

It is about a "what if" future conflict between West and East in Northern Europe. My goal is to make the involved units on a detailed level (maybe to much but i think building a scenario is almost as fun as playing).

It would not have been possible withour YOUR WORK :P

Is it possible ad for the Swedes the Grkpbv 90 (Granatkastarbandvagn 90) in the future? It has twin 120 mm mortars :)
