Allies land in Southern France from Med , Axis now has three fronts ! :(

In Russia , it comes to the last minute of the troops staying there for covering the mainbody's retreat . Most of them will have to fight to death . but there are still some troops will survive .

Finally , we are ready for our great counter attck in the west ! We concentrate all my elites troops ( 9 arm ,9 mech ,7corp ,5 ftr ,6 tacs & some Italians )to launch this attack . We hope we can accomplish this mission before Russians arrive Berlin !
We kill 3corp 3Mech this turn & conquer Lorraine again . We will see what will Allies do to deal with our offence . :)

What a monster army. How many tanks are concentrated there? I'm wondering whether it would even be possible IRL O_o.

Counteroffensive in Ardennes :-D My biggest mistake in this game. I was petrified when I saw it and the toll it took.

It looks like the Allied airforce is about to be overrun so I wonder if Kragdob decided to fly back to England and run with his remaining Allied units.

It would seem that the paradrop by Paris was a bit unlucky.

that would be my suggestion - draw him west where the allies have the advantage

I good Allied strategy could be to run towards the ports hoping the Axis armor and mech units will pursue. Then use the Allied airforce to harass the Axis units. Once the Axis units are low on efficiency the Allied land units can counter attack.

In the mean time the Russians can push as fast as possible towards Berlin. Once Morris loses his armor and mech blob he won't stand a chance to stop the Russians.

If Morris is clever he won't pursue and rather be happy he could make the Allies run. Staying outside the Allied tactical bomber range will help keeping the blob alive.

From this point it was obvious for me that the question is really whether Allies will be able to keep a port to be able to come back smoothly. This is why I like to capture Brest when I land in France. The mistake was that I was setup for the offence while Morris did first preemptive strike. Now I need to regrup during the retreat which is not easy job.

Btw. Morris did excellent choice for the labs so allied airforce is not as effective against his armor as it was in 1942.

Allies retreat in France & Axis's front troops were all attacked & hurt by the allies tacs . But we still have enough elites are ready to move forward & Luftwaffe promise to give strong air support . We have to use this opportunity to weak the allies ground troops as much as possible even if we will pay a high price ! otherwise when Russian steamroller arrive from the east , It will be the last minutes !

Unless there are more fighters in UK, apparently Kragdob has not enough fighter units to escort the operations of his huge tactical force.
