Do you mean scenarios or campaigns?
Or both?

Everything is possible, it just takes time. Campaigns are naturally much more time-consuming than scenarios.

Here is some information about my Afghanistan campaign. I have now reached mission 6, without a briefing.
If it goes well, it will probably be more than 10 missions.
I have considered the increased use of airborne troops, helicopter attacks and ambushes and will keep these in focus.

Judging by your screenshots we are waiting for very exciting and interesting events ) Just tomorrow 15 February will be the anniversary of the withdrawal of the limited contingent of Soviet troops !!!!
Hopefully on some maps there will be bonus tasks like getting a stinger etc

I have a few special missions planned. But none that involve conquering the Stinger.
But I think players will still get their money's worth.
In one mission, for example, you have to send out special units to find and eliminate a rebel leader.
The picture below is about the uprising in Kabul that has to be put down, of course I have dramatized this mission.
The top picture is the map of the advance on Kandahar.

I have the impression that the entire campaign will focus on counter-guerrilla operations. I really like the idea and can't wait to see how it turns out.
I also feel like you're getting more creative with the scripts and special rules. I had an idea for a scenario where players would gradually bring in their units from an airport. My thought was to add +1 to the "core" limit each turn, but another option is to leave only one spot open for deploying the army, like you apparently did. This scenario would certainly allow player to gradually shift the balance of power. I'm looking forward to seeing how you implement it

.
And as always, I'm amazed by how fast you progress. There are new units, well-designed maps, and it seems like everything is already well underway!
2025 is off to a great start for the MC mod. I don't even have time to try the others anymore. It's been ages since I search the time to test Sonja's mods

Yes, Toby makes very successful mods and war zones)
After the invasion, Beijing began active operations against the USSR. At times, China's zeal in opposing the intervention in Afghanistan surpassed that of the United States. China tried to get an anti-Soviet resolution in the UN Security Council, boycotted the Olympics in Moscow, and demanded political and military support for the mujahideen. However, China did not limit itself to statements and appeals, but took an active part in the Afghan war. Almost from the first days of hostilities, China began to supply weapons and ammunition to Afghanistan. The volume of supplies reached 70 thousand tonnes by 1985. Not surprisingly, very quickly the main weapon of the insurgents became a Chinese copy of the AKM (type 56), not the American M16, as we are usually told. The Dushmans shelled the Russians with Chinese copies of DShKM and KPV machine guns, 12-barrel Type 63 rocket launchers, 122-millimetre howitzers and anti-tank grenade launchers (copies of the Soviet RPG-2 and RPG-7).
China, of course, trained militants in friendly Pakistan. The number of military instructors from China, 844, was greater than from other countries, including the United States. Some of the mujahideen even trained on Chinese territory in Xinjiang province, where training camps were set up.

As you can easily see, I have already worked on something similar.

In the mission “3 Hoot”, the insurgency, the player may only place two ground units per turn in the south of the map, while in the north at Kabul airport he may only position one air unit, for example paratroopers if he has any, or fighter planes. This means that he does not immediately roll into the city with an avalanche of steel, but must first assemble while the insurgents have enough time to take over the police stations, for example, and dig in or entrench themselves.
