Breogan has extended his lead in Division A with his fourth straight win. His main challenger is ianiow who is 3 points behind having played a game more. There were first wins of the season for edb1815 and TheGrayMouser who move above hidde at the foot of the table. shadowblack has moved to the top of Division B with two wins this week and he is being followed closely by shawkhan2 who also won twice this week to overtake markwatson360 who is a point further back in third place. padster and devoncop both need points at the foot of the table to avoid relegation. Division C is completely wide open with 5 players on 12 points and another 3 players on 8 points. ZygfrydDeLowe and simpleninja still have unbeaten records.

Weekly round-up

A very exciting situation is developing in Division A where ruskicanuk has now surged to the top of the table with 5 wins from 6 matches. He is being pursued now by schmolywar, hidde and Jonathan4290 who all have unbeaten records. At the bottom of the table, ggarynorman, mhladnik and rexhurley are still looking for their first win. It is between Cunningcairn and Sennacherib for the top position in Division B. Both have won every match they have played but Sennacherib has picked up a bonus point each time as well to give himself a narrow advantage.

All players in both divisions have now completed 3 matches so no reserves will be joining this section now at the time control stage. Any matches that remain un-played at the end of the season will be adjudicated.

I have four reserves on standby so players who remain on that list, particularly if they have registered 0 or 1 result, or if they appear on there twice, can expect to lose their place in the tournament. A reminder PM will be sent out to all players on the list today (not the reserves who are exempt from the process) so there can be no excuses along the lines of "I didn't know" etc.
